Sync with Adobe Draw
I am new to using Adobe Draw and sending the vectors direct to Illustrator.
Draw has a simple one click feature to send a vector to AI. Except that it doesn't work quite as it should. The project gets stuck in the cloud, I can see any drawing I create then send 'direct' in my Adobe.com assets > mobile creations. It doesn't push through to AI, which I have open while I'm working in Draw.
I have been through the support team, and have been advised the only solution is to send all my drawings through, then restart both devices, then open both apps simultaneously to make this 'one click' feature work. A shame that it takes this to sync up and negates the one click awesomeness. Please fix this guys!
Both Apps are the latest versions, Draw is 4.7, AI is 23.0.1, and I have a CC subscription. I'm logged into the same Adobe CC account on both devices (an iPad Pro with iOS 12.1.3 and iMac late 2015 with Mojave 10.14.2).

1. Windows 10 HOME / Adobe Illustrator 24.0.2 (64-bit)
2. I logged out on every device from Adobe Creative Cloud and made sure I have up-to-date Adobe Draw on my Samsung S6 Tab as well as the up-to-date Illustrator on my Desktop PC.
I am trying to send several projects from my tablet to Illustrator and they all say "Sent to Illustrator" but nothing happens on my Desktop.
I have checked other articles that people posted and I have also tried to close the application, restart the computer/tablet, open them at different times, nothing is working.
I have also checked Mobile Creations on my Desktop PC Adobe Creative Cloud and I can see them all. The Sync seems to be alright.
3. I was expecting the drawing to import into Illustrator.
4. It did not get imported.I didn't try reinstalling the app on the tablet because I have ongoing projects that I'm afraid of losing and I can only save them as .png .
Will I be able to run the .png file in the new version if I reinstall it and import it as .ai to Illustrator later on? -

Illustrator 24.0.1, Draw 4.8.
I share from Draw, using OPEN IN... › Adobe Desktop Apps › Illustrator, but the drawing never shows up in Illustrator. Or Photoshop, using the Photoshop option.
My definition of "never shows up" is at least the several hours I've been beating my head against this. Who knows, maybe my shares will all show up after five hours like Anonymous's experience below.

i'm having the same problem. should be so seamless, guys. Really looks that way in all the demos i've seen. I can't even figure out how to 'download' a design if i share it. i can see it, but i can't download. huh? so if i share to someone else, they can see it but can't use it?

Opening in Adobe Desktop Apps does not work in iOS Adobe Draw. There is the option to save as a PSD in cloud files, but NOT to save as an AI. Highly disappointing for tablet integration.
Also, two finger gestures are slow and interpret commands poorly.

I have exactly this problem. After around 5 hours, all the attempts I made to synch to Illustrator suddenly appeared within Illustrator. Five hours is way too long...
I have restarted both applications to no avail.
Please look into this — no one can work with this feature as it currently stands!
