app lock up
23.0.2 updated automaticly. No problem. I run on a Win10 HP Spectre laptop with a USB dock to a second screen. When connected to the dock, all is well. However as soon as I undoc to go to a client, the app locks EVERYTHING. Even CRTL-ATL-DEL won't reboot it. Must hard shutdown to get any other programs back up but again as soon as I open Ill... LOCKUP! Embarassing and frustrating. As soon as I dock again... smooth as glass. Thoughts?

Illustrator locking up - at random times. Sometimes it is doing a 'save as'; other times it is saving to a different folder; sometimes it is placing an image. CRTL-ALT-DEL doesn't work. Hard shutdown necessary, and if I don't wait long enough before turning back on, it only compounds the issue. Sometimes the monitor gets neon speckles or horizontal lines throughout. I know I'm going to have a problem shortly. Then when I try a save as, a box is black so can't see or choose save, or save as, and can't close with the X or minimize. It is stuck, and then it freezes completely.
