Illustrator won't open

1) OSX 10.4.3
2) Illustrator 23.0.2
3) Open application
4) Bounces twice in dock, then dies with no error.

Tried opening the application using Finder window, dock icon, Cloud menu, clicking a file - nothing works. It tries to open application and quits with no error. Tried restart. Nada.

Machine is iMac with 32g ram, plenty of disc space. No issues with any of the other CC applications.

    OSX 10.4.3, Illustrator 23.0.2

    Trying to launch application

    Does not open, no launch screen, no error screen, just stops after two bounces in the Dock.

    Tried to open from Finder, Dock, CC menu, file. Nothing. Tried restarting. Nothing.
