Illustrator CC 2019 (v23.0.3) will not open files and immediately crashes when trying to do so.

I've been trying to work on both .ai and .eps files in Illustrator but it won't open them. It just crashes immediately when trying to do so. Is this a common occurrence with this version? Is there a new update coming soon?

This is an issue that is hindering work severely. I would appreciate anyone's insight on this.

Illustrator CC 2019 (v23.0.3)

Windows 10 Pro
i7-6850k @ 3.60GHz
32GB RAM
GTX 1080 - Driver v418.91

    Uh, every single issue on this first page has 0 comments from anyone at Adobe. I posted mine 3 days ago! Is anyone actually reading these issues?
