Artwork in Clipping mask doesn't resize
Illustrator 2019 on PC Windows 10
When I resize artwork sometimes anything that's inside a clipping mask doesn't resize. The shape I created for the mask resizes, but the artwork 'inside' stays static.
If I undo and retry a few times it will eventually work. I'm using the 'black' arrow to select the object and resize with the handles. I'm not using either of the white arrows. So I don't think it's a selection issue on my end.

I’m having the same problem with my brush patterns.

You have probably entered Isolation mode just press escape or double click in to some white space
