Low performance after Windows 10 november 2019 update
After updating Windows 10, illustrator becomed very slow both in file opening than commands execution ("application not responding" for minutes each time).
I uninstalled illustrator release 24 and tryed the 23, that performed very well in the past, but the problem persists.

Fixed by manually delete Addobe all illustrator folders in C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe.
ctrl-alt-shift doesn't the job.
