pdf cannot be displayed

Hi, Since update Illustrator 2020, when I save ai to pdf file, it cannot be displayed the thumbnail, and even use Acrobat open still can't see it. Please see attached.

    if you open the file and go into layer options check the Print box.

    All my PDFs are empty as well. We save everything as a PDF. Having to revert back to the old Illustrator.

    I installed back 2019 to use for almost 2 weeks, no problems at all! Then I open 2020 to use again, pdf problems solved, I can see the thumbnail and can open at Acrobat as well.

    Please help am getting the same error Ai 2020 pdf not good.

    All files saved with AI 2020 has empty thumbnails. Files saved using illustrator 23 is still showing thumbnails. There must be something wrong with the "create PDF compatible file" option when saving.
