Can’t save my files. 'You don’t have enough access privileges. ID: -5000' error.
Illu wont let me save my files, even though the size is not even that large. I tried restarting my mac and quitting the application a couple times, but still doesnt seem to work.

Trato de guardar cualquier proyecto y me aparece un cartel que dice que no tengo privilegios para hacerlo? hace meses pago AI y me andaba bien, hasta ahora que no me deja guardar nada, ayuda porfa.

When I go to save my artwork it says I do not have enough privileges to save it and says the ID issue is -5000. How do I fix this?

Have just upgraded to macOS Big Sur and can no longer save my illustrator files in .PDF .eps or .ai. I still have 316 GB space available on my HD.

adobe won't let me save anything. I've had my account for months and I've been a paying customer for the last 3 months or so. I haven't been able to save one file yet
PLEASE HELP
