Import error when trying to export Illustrator settings
When attempting to export my Illustrator Settings (My Settings -> Export Settings...) to a file for backup I receive the error message "An error occurred. Settings were not imported."

There is problem in my illustration ,when I’m exporting a picture on file and importing there is always show’s a fale
