After using a Chinese type input, some of the punctuations are stuck in Chinese even after switching input/typeface/restart

This issue also effects Photoshop, please notify those guys as well!

Soberika, can you provide steps to reproduce it, for the team to follow? (if this is still a problem)
A video would also do.
