Scissor Tool not working
The scissor tool doesn't divide a path. Trying to cut a circle that was created. even when enlarged to 600% I keep getting the error, "Please use the scissors tool on a segment or an anchor point (but not the endpoint of a path".

The feature is buggy. It works about 1 out six times.
