Text Cursor in Medium Light mode is invisible
The text cursor and the click+drag selection box are the same color as the background outside of an artboard if the User Interface is set to Medium Light mode. They are completely invisible.

If you squint REALLY hard with the Interface in Light mode, you can just barely see the text cursor.
