Window auto scrolling
When opening Illustrator the file auto moves to the right at a slow pace. When hitting Shift it jumps - it only stay still if the mouse is off the application. The art won't stay steady on screen.

I tried disconnecting my mouse (removing battery and stuff) and closing and reopening adobe but it didn't do anything until I removed the bluetooth usb for my mouse from my laptop and it magically worked.

I recently found the issue. Its the keyboard. because when the sound tab is open, it also moves on the left part. I just remove the bluetooth usb and put it back again.

This just started happening to me as well. I've tried updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling everything, changing out my mouse and keyboard, etc.
Let me know if you've found a fix.
