I am on a Windows 10, hp. I am not sure what is going on with my Illustrator. I've been using it pretty regularly. Recently it crashed. When I reopened it, there is now some kind of static at the top of the document. It doesn't matter what type of file is open. I have tried opening different Ai files or creating new ones and the static is still there. I have also tried uninstalling/reinstalling/updating etc. Nothing has helped. Every time I move the view or click around, the static moves. I can still work, but it's extremely distracting and annoying. Please help. Thank you
