Can not update Illustrator or InDesign in Creative Cloud
I need confirmation if the reason I cannot update is due to the Windows 10 version 20H2 by my company OR an issue on the Adobe side. I would like to escalate this matter internally if it is on our company's side. PLEASE ADVISE.
From the manager of the Meritor Infrastructure team:
At current I think we will not be beginning with the testing of the next version
until at least February. The next version will be Windows 10 version 20H2.
Please note that Windows 10 version 20H2 is anticipated to be unsupported by
Adobe From October 2021, even though Microsoft will support this version until
May 2023. So, after October 2021 those users who are using Adobe products
may experience the exact same issue again even when using this new version of
Windows 10. This is the reason why Adobe is facing continued criticism from
(and actually losing some of) its enterprise customers.
