Illustrator 2021 crashes when trying to import AutoCad DWG
Every time I try and open an AutoCAD dwgs in illustrator, the options to choose what scale I want comes up and when I click ok, the whole program crashes and the pop up box comes up asking if I want to send a report to illustrator. I cant open any of my dwg drawings at all!
I've uninstalled and re-installed illustrator many times and updated it to make sure its the latest update and I've turned my computer off and on many times but nothing works. It worked for me before I updated so I think its the latest update that's caused the problem.

Hi, sill having the same issue. It is very frustrating as we pay so much for these subscriptions and as we use it in our profession, our work for clients gets delayed by this issue. Please fix this!

I've experienced this issue for the last 10 months, at least! The only solution for me was to reinstall the 2020 version of Illustrator, not the 2021 Illustrator.
