option key keps getting stuck randomly

switching between tools via shortcuts,
the option Key shouldn't be aktive when it's not pressed.
The key sometimes act like its pressed when it's not.
The option key keeps getting stuck. A hardware problem could already be ruled out, that the problem also exists on another keyboard. The problem also occurs in Photoshop. I work with a Wacom Cintiq Pro (latest driver).

I have a problem with the command key sometimes getting stuck when using my Wacom tablet. The problem is system wide. It started after upgrading to Big Sur. This is no help I know, but I just suspect that it's a problem with the Wacom driver.
