Maintain graph styles when updating data (bar graph issue)
Issue with bar graphs:
All styling is removed when data is updated. Can you make it so it at least retains bar width and color?

The problems you are having with graph styling may be because of the way you are applying the styling in the first place. For styling to "stick" you need to use the group selection tool (the white arrow with a little plus sign) to select all related objects and then apply the styling. (If you use the normal direct selection tool alt/opt key will temporarily convert it to the group selections tool.) Sometimes you will need to repeatedly click with the tool to get the exact selection needed.

This problem added so much time to my work that I now colour all the automatic text, legends and ticks in the graph to none (or don't use that option at all) so you can't see them and manually redo all the text and ticks so they stay the same when I have to make a change. I do 6 reports a year filled with graphs that have to be editable I can only rely on the part of the graph that is generated by the data to update properly, unless I have moved a part of it around. An update to retain the styling made to the graph would be an amazing upgrade.
