Keyword search in Illustrator panel is not giving results for all libraries
Working on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
In Illustrator 28.4.1 (seen the bug in different Illustrator versions e.g., 27.9.2)
Experienced behaviour:
When I search in ‘all libraries’ in Illustrator I don’t get results from all libraries (picture 1), instead (I believe) I’m getting the results from recently used libraries (those which are synchronised with my computer).
So to be able to search all libraries I need to click one by one, load them and then I’m able to search. (picture 2)
Wanted behaviour:
Search in all libraries to get results from all libraries in the Illustrator window. (picture 3)

Yes thank you for raising this. Please Adobe this needs some attention... It's making it difficult for our organisation to use Illustrator in its workflows, adding time to find things that we know are there but are now taking longer to locate. Thanks!

This is extremely painful - please fix

I completely relate to that. This is indeed a very annoying issue and severely impairs my workflow. I sometimes prefer to recreate an existing asset rather than loading and finding what I need.

Same! It's really frustrating, takes a long time to get anything done when I have to reload all my libraries before I can start working.

I have experienced this problem for a few months now. Not being able to access all synced libraries by default in the search makes working in illustrator painfully slow especially as I rely on the library so much in my work.

I have the same problem. While designing mainly with assets from libraries working around this bug is time consuming. Easy search among all my assets is crucial to my workflow.

I've experienced this bug this week, I had to click on each library to allow them to load before the search worked across all libraries.
