Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new or existing Illustrator file
2. Look at the bottom left of the screen where the Artboard controls are
3. Observe how close the entry fields/text are to the bottom

Result:
OBSERVED:
- The bottom of the entry fields is cut off (see screen shot)
- Entry fields still work as expected
- Resizing the window does not fix the issue
- Happens with main display or on external display

EXPECTED:
- Entry fields at bottom to not be cut off (bottom outline missing)
- Descenders of text to not be touching bottom of screen
