  2. Autosave didn’t save file when returning to home

    Lost 4 hours of work because my file did not save with autosave when returning to Home Screen! Many layers lost and app says that file was create 10 min ago in the version historic, but I lost at least half a day of work! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I will lose a time sensitive contract because of that error

  3. Preview constantly freezing but the tools continue to work

    The canvas would abruptly freeze when altering shapes, either blacking out or deteriorating the vector, but the user interface continues to work. Refreshing it solves the problem for a short while before it freezes once more. It makes it near impossible to work. What is the cause?

  5. Eye picker not detecting

    The eye drop picker do not detect any colour even if I am in a new layer, and full opacity.
    It’s happened before but now it’s completely not working.

  6. Type on Path moving around places whenever opening the file again

    I’ve come to a constant problem with type on path. Whenever I open my project and then preview it again, the type on path moves away from its original place. It gets annoying whenever I have to move it every time I see this problem. It always changes.

  7. Send from Fresco failing

    Send from Fresco on iPad is constantly failing now, seems to be a Desktop issue as I have tried signing out of both devices. Signing out of CC on Mac and then signing back in fixes the issue, but it immediately fails again 2 minutes later.

  8. When editing stroke profile the drop-down selection opens down, and overflows below the screen, causing a few brushes to be in accessible.

    I went to change the stroke profile and noticed that the window for the dropdown selection overflows past the bottom of the screen making several brushes inaccessible. Could you please flip the direction that the pop up opens?

  10. color picker turns to all black

    Many times, when I use the color picker to pick a color from another image that I've imported to the artboard, instead of picking the color, it pick the Black color instead. At first I thought I was doing something wrong, but then I noticed that if I exit AI on the ipad completely and open it back up, the color picker functions normally again.

  12. 方向キーでカーソルの移動が出来ない

    テキスト入力時、方向キーによるカーソル移動が出来なくなることがあります。
    このバグが発生している間、他のアプリ(Safari等)では問題なく方向キーによるカーソル移動が出来ます。

  15. Paint Brush crashes the app

    Paint brush tool (using the art brushes) crashes the app after a few strokes, and you can’t export AI or PDF if you have paint brush strokes in your file.
    Also, the app crashes when moving objects in layers.

  17. Using paint brush after changing greyscale color scale reverts color to black

    If color of paint brush changed using grayscale slider, paint brush color reverts to black after use. Only occurs with paint brush, pencil and blob brush work as expected.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. select the paint brush tool
    2. select grayscale slider in color pane and change the color from black to some other value.
    3. draw with the paint brush tool
    4. resulting drawing is revert to black color

  19. Lost all added fonts as well as….

    App keeps crashing, freezing and lost all of my added fonts. So frustrating when trying to get work done. I pay for this app and can’t use it. Please fix it ASAP
