Full HEX Colour Availability
Currently some HEX Code colours that I have full access to on the desktop (DDDDDD) are not available on the iPad and get replaced with other shades (DEDEDD, DEDEDE). While not extremely noticeable on its own, the main issue is that it brightens my other layers when I return to the files, which throws the accuracy of photos off especially when designing posters/banners/social media assets.

Eye Drop Picker only picks up black
Every time I try to pick up colors with the eye dropper tool it just shows black. Whether it’s from a screenshot image or a color I used previously, the picker tool only shows black.

I cannot use Apple iCloud to link my big file because I must use it with my Mac book pro 2011
- My file so big (paper size B4, 24 pages), Illustrator on iPad get closed automatically
- I try to force quit, buy memory in Apple Cloud because your program can not run on MacBook Pro 2011. I want to create link file but there is no button for iCloud
- I cannot save because it gets automatically closed
- After that I try to create 1 page it still gets closed.
- I apply for 30 days, but it renews. I try to New Sign In, but it still does not work. Please help to fix it. Thanks

Needs an auto-save function and more improvement
The app freezes or crashes easily on the ipad. It deletes work of 4 hours. It does not save everytime when exiting a document.
For details:
The app crashes/freezes on existing and on new documents.
Sometimes it crashes after 5 minutes sometimes after 1-2 hours or more.
When it crashes, you have to reopen and close the app 4-5 times before it lets you open a document again.
When exiting a document :“File/Document could not be saved“, practically out of 5 documents it saves 1.2 votes -

My file cannot export as Ai
I have trouble with export my file as an Ai file, but if I export it in PNG, it’ll work but I need a AI file to submit my work. I’ve tried copy to another file, but I can’t.

app crashes nonstop when trying to open file
iPad Pro (9.7-inch)
model number MLMX2X/A1673
OS version 16.4.1
Everythint worked fine yesterday, but today my ipad illustrator keeps crashing when trying to open a file. When i tap to open the file, the creating preview bar pops up and runs for a long time and as soon as the file opens my screen turns black and it jumps out of the app and back to my home screen. I've updated my ipad to 16.4.1, updated both my creative cloud and illustrator app on my ipad, retarted my ipad, logged out and logged in again to both apps using…5 votes -
White typing in Devanagari font certain letters don’t show
Letters like क्ष म्ह etc don’t show as is. It shows as क् श् , म् ह्

Layers panel not updating after deleting, editing, etc.
Annoying bug that disrupts workflow Randomly after deleting, editing, grouping etc. layers on the canvas, the layers panel does not update to reflect the changes. Layers that were deleted are still in the panels. Others that you group still show up as individual layers. When the panel doesn’t update after an edit, it makes it difficult or impossible to select layers in the panel. The only way to update the layers panel is to save and exit, and reopen your work. It happens often enough it becomes annoying when drawing out larger projects on the iPad.

Fill compound paths become empty and unusable
THIS IS A BUG. I have filled compound paths that I’m working with. Many suddenly become ghost items. They paths are listed in the layers panel, but can’t be selected. After a save and re-open, the fill is gone from the thumbnail. They remain unselectable and uneditable. I’m not sure if this ghosting happens after turning off and on the visibility.

Slow, freezes, features won’t apply sometimes - crashes
Created lines - randomly wont show, even when selected. Moving objects becomes time consuming since it lags in the process. Adding more elements creates even slower processes or crashes all together. Upon lunching some projects, text, images, etc will be highlighted in a red box and NOT as originally created; basic formats. Numerous performance issues. Use for business, subscription paid, software updated, iPad restart performed numerous times, happens within ANY illustrator project, and unable to complete projects!

Apple Pencil major issues
I have to hit my screen to get it to select not only objects, but layers, etc. and to get objects to move. My pencil works fine in any other app including some Photoshop ones. It’s making projects practically impossible and I don’t want my pencil broken. Please help.

Saving a file in the format ai
I work through apple iPad Air (5th generation). Through the Adobe illustrator app. I can't save the work in AI format. It offers few options where I can save the file, except for the photo album. I save documents to files. But when I try to open my work through a file, the application throws an error. I do not know how to save the file for the curator to check.
