  2. App opens, but instantly crashes after opening old or new file (ipad)

    I can’t do anything, the app just crashes instantly after opening a file on ipad. I tried to delete the app and instsll it again, but no difference.

  3. App is crashing repeatedly

    I have reinstalled my the app multiple times but it keeps on crashing repeatedly. It’s very frustrating. I’m not able to work. I have bought space too and my software is up to date. But it is still crashing. Need immediate help!

  4. While using Illustrator and switch from app and back, the stylus no longer responds correct

    While using Illustrator and switch from app back to the stylus no longer responds correctly, would no longer be able to move objects in on the art board, must restart app to make work

  6. App crashes without exception, when I move the cursor to the upper left corner.

    When I open any AI file oder create a new one, the app crashes all the time after I move the cursor in the upper left corner (where the “back” icon is). When I am not in a specific file but at the overview screen the same happens in the upper left corner, where my little Account thumbnail is.

    The app also crashes, when i try to move the cursor to the left, where the tool-buttons are. This happens ALL THE TIME, without any exception as long I use the iPad Magic Keyboard Trackpad to move the cursor. When I…

  9. Freezing and crashing

    Having issues with auto save on my iPad, since it keeps crashing and deleting all my work done. Issue clearly has not to be taken care of since online there’s been people complaining for the past 2 years. Just purchased subscription and can’t even use it.

    iPad版 バージョン3.0.3、iPad第9世代 OS16.4.1
    ファイルを開こうとすると落ちる。開けても真っ白で何も映らない。(レイヤープレビューには表示あり) 再インストールしても変わらないため作業が進まず困っている。

  11. 作業中に画面が落ちる、ファイルが開けない、保存できない

    iPadで利用しています。アップデートして最新の状態でデータを作成していても何かの拍子に画面が落ちてしまいます。またはファイルを書き出せません、ファイルを配置できません。と通知が出て作業が無効になってしまいます。

  12. app crashes nonstop when trying to open file

    model number MLMX2X/A1673
    OS version 16.4.1
     
    Everythint worked fine yesterday, but today my ipad illustrator keeps crashing when trying to open a file. When i tap to open the file, the creating preview bar pops up and runs for a long time and as soon as the file opens my screen turns black and it jumps out of the app and back to my home screen. I've updated my ipad to 16.4.1, updated both my creative cloud and illustrator app on my ipad, retarted my ipad, logged out and logged in again to both apps using…

  13. Freezing and crushing after updated iPad for iOS 16.2

    I can’t use illustrator after updated iPad for iOS 16.2
    Every second it was crushed and could not saved data even I was able to edit few things.
    And keyboard doesn’t show anymore when I want to make sentences.
    I’m using the app for work. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.

  15. Gradient sucks (ipad pro)

    • You can't apply gradient to multiple objects. Try outline text and then try to apply gradient, you will see what we meant here.

    • Gradient style cant be copied. How can we apply same gradient style on other objects? Either let us add the gradient swatches.

    • Moving gradient point randomly adds another point instead of moving. No accuracy for apple pencil in gradient adjustments.

  16. 日本語でテキストを入力する際にタイプミスのような変換が勝手に起こる

    例えば「こっそり」と打った時Enterを押すと「っつりこ」のようになる。
    画像は「暗号に」と打ちたいときに起こった。

  18. Illustrator stops responding to key commands.

    Illustrator stops recognizing my key commands after a very short while. I use the apple magic keyboard and this shouldn’t happen. I also wish that all of the tablet versions of adobe apps were the same as the desktop. It’s very frustrating having to learn a whole new platform when there is work to be done.
