すでに再編集で問題が解決されているとのことですが、いくつか補足説明させていただきます。『「」というリンクファイルが見つかりません』というアラートの「」ですが、本来ならばカッコ内にリンクファイル名が表示されるのですが、クラッシュにより、ファイル情報が欠落してしまったと思われます。（通常はリンク切れでもファイル情報は保存されています）
今後、クラッシュが発生するような場合は、クラッシュ後に表示されるクラッシュレポートの送信機能をご利用ください。
また、クラッシュの再現手順が明確であるような場合は、こちらの UserVoice にご登録ください。こちらのレポートは対応終了とさせていただきますが、コメントはオープンしておきますので、追加情報があるような場合は、コメントをお寄せください。
今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

An error occurred while saving the comment Hm, I afraid there is not much left to test it... The file has two missing links and when I scale them — nothing happens. Names of the files are missing in the Links panel. Do you have them? If yes, at least we can try to see if it crashes with them presented in the document.

The broad answer to your questions would be 'Because Illustrator is old and this is how it used to be before it was possible or considered to be a better way'.You are on Windows, so there are some external solutions to your problem (yes, many CorelDraw users find Ai's Align controls rudimentary). Autohotkey, for example, provides a way to script your own routines and remap keys. It takes some time and skill though. There are many tutorials an snippets on web.
And yes, I agree that Ai should rethink it's hotkeys model.

An error occurred while saving the comment Raul, the Color panel (unlike Color Picker dialog) does not round CMYK values, but not up to the third decimal space, as you want.
Meanwhile I wonder why do you need thousandths? Which process can differ those?
Technically 8bit depth gives 5 decimal spaces, but I just wonder what workflow does it break for you. -

Géraldine, I am not sure I understand. I tried to replicate it, but failed so far. Can you record a short video/GIF that shows the problem, or give more detailed steps? Thanks!
