An error occurred while saving the comment Does not happen on Windows, it seems. A click outside of a modal box does close it for me. Escape though does not work, but I believe it was always the case, for any modal dropdown, not only in Properties... but UV does not have a request for this, so I made one — http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/48967529

An error occurred while saving the comment This includes dedicated buttons in Control panel: Convert to Smooth / Corner, Show / Hide Handles, and especially Cut. This one missing in menus (unlike 'Connect' command being actually just Join and 'Remove'), and therefore can’t be assigned to a hotkey, meaning we can’t cut a shape into segments without a workaround with skipping one point to trigger the modality — and there is a separate request for it: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-desktop-feature-requests/suggestions/45420019-cut-path-at-selected-anchor-points-hotkey

It turns out the file in the original report has a singular Latin 'o' mixed into the Cyrillic text, and this makes it break without a hyphen.
The font team notifies that Unicode standart prescribes to not break between two scripts that use spaces as word breaks, so this problem can fixed sometimes later, when the team revises their reflow strategy.
As for now, be notified it’s a very narrow case, and is a good sign that your text has homoglyphs in it.
An error occurred while saving the comment Luca, can you share the script here, please?
But rename it to .txt, so that UserVoice won't block it.An error occurred while saving the comment Yep, same happens for me with this file as well
An error occurred while saving the comment Luca, can you share test files the team can look upon?

2. Smart Guides and the Rotate Tool: Incremental Rotation Angles — http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/39621259An error occurred while saving the comment Perhaps we just need a single field there, where we can just type something like '15, 30, 60, 72.5, 40 ...'
Ai should just parse the string and show the preview.
Or it should allow to add more fields than needed — but then it’d have to be limited to a number of fields, because I suspect this dialog is static as a tombstone. After all, we are used to this method, when we are forced to se numbers of exported artboards in Export As (without any help form Ai to assist with the choice, something that Export for Screens / Assets tried to mitigate).

An error occurred while saving the comment These strokes have miter joins.
To avoid these protruding sharp ends, you have to construct the art differently.
Instead of making closed shapes (image 1), open paths better be used (image 2).
No handy, sure, but Ai don’t have vector networks, to calculate which connection is more important than the other, automatically (and the request for vector networks specifically exists: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/43085403)Another method is just to use round joins.
An error occurred while saving the comment Nicolas, you just need to connect your segments in different way or change miter options for stroke.

An error occurred while saving the comment As a an option, and with a graceful degradation.
Some operations would be quite extensive to calculate, so Ai should somehow differ those which are not yet calculated from those are completed, to not confuse a user with 'hmm, this looks like nothing happens'. And surely it must not lag, and stop us from just using Ai: no progress bars, no dialogs, no slowing down... take all the power that is required to compute these in real time (and cache when possible), but never slow down UX.

Shri, can you share info on your GPU mode; and driver version?
This is clearly same thing wrong with these and/or the way they interact with Ai.
Does it change when you toggle GPU Preview mode in View menu?
