A simple calculation like 840/4*3 still does not work. Please please please, make that work. Computers are good at it :-)

When dragging a guide from the rulers, please show the exact position numerically.
It's not accurate to watch the ruler to determine the position.

When in full screen mode, on MacOS, the top bar shows 'Adobe Illustrator 2024', and nothing else. I would like it to reflect the filename of the active file as well

Dear users,
Can you please let us know what is that you cannot do with the existing 'save selection' functionality that you expect to do by grouping objects from different layers?
'Save selection' enables you to combine objects from different layers without having to bring them into one single layer.
To use 'save selection' just select your desired objects and save the selection from the select > save selection menu command or from the bottom of the layers panel.

I would love to group objects while keeping their layer allocation.
Groups should be layer independent to be more flexible than layers, which are uses to organise objects already. -

I use a huge display, so I would like to show all tools at once.
But in the mean time, I would like to be able to choose a tool via the 'All Tools' palette. -

Please add a contextual menu to hide specific items from the recent files in the home screen. When working for multiple clients, it is not nice to have a preview of other clients' projects.

Just like in After Effects. 10 recent, the last one with a shortcut.

Please add Folders in the Layer palette
This allows complex projects to become more organized.

Exactly - it should just be an option.
The Edit Toolbar panel is not clickable to select tools - that would be a nice workaround.
Currently it just hilites the tool icon where the tool we need is hiding.
(The customization is not as intuitive as we might expect anyway - why not make the icons draggable instantly - what can be the problem with that? Let us drag 'm somewhere to create a new temporary tool panel - just like in Cinema 4d every menu is draggable to keep it visible)
