Slow performans on Mac OSX
Hi,
I have been having this problem for a long time. I thought the problem originated from me and I bought a new computer but I have been disappointed.
This problem is has constantly on the Mac system and I did a test today. I saw that Windows pc is more stable. This is a serious problem.
This problem is has in many projects. Normally, a computer with this feature should give very good results.Please consider this situation urgent.

3,6 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Recent File Opens Up Blank Without My Saved Work
I recently saved a file/project I was working on. The next day when I went to go open the recently saved file it opened a blank page. None of the layers were shown, and the size was not right. I tried restarting my computer but still the same thing occurred. It was like the art I drew was not even there. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

Illustrator 22.1 crashes on quit. (Mac OS X 10.11.6 on MacBook Pro i7 Late 2011)
The latest Update to Version 22.1 won't work properly on my computer. Everytime I finish work and quit Illustrator, the programm crashes and freezes on exit screen, endlessly showing the rotating, colored ball (mouse pointer).
I have to force quit, no other way to get around.

Illustrator CC 2018 (Mac) "Beachball of Death" Crash Anytime I try to Save! HELP!
I've seen this issue in other spots but can't understand why it's not resolved. I've attached an error log in Word.

Adobe Color CC "Adobe Servers not available" [Bug]
Unfortunately I can't open the expore-rider of adobe color cc when signed in.
Everything works perfectly, when I'm visiting the webpage https://color.adobe.com as a guest. But when I sign in, which is required to perform any actions, the above mentioned error occures.
The "Create" and the "My Themes" riders work still perfectly when signed in.
I've tried it under Edge/Chrome and Firefox. Besides Firefox none of the browsers has Addons installed. I'm running a Windows 10 Machine.3 votesHi ,

Shortcuts not working, update cc 2018
I was using CC fine the other day, and now I've updated to the latest version (2018) none of my shortcuts are working, only the space bar works for moving around - very frustrating since it takes away my whole workflow and adds loads of time to creating something very simple!

Pixel Preview stuck the Program
I have Illustrator cc 2018.
When I press Pixel Preview -
1. It does not show a pixel preview - it keeps show the vector preview.
2. It jams the software. You can't do any action, unless close the software. And than if you press pixel preview again - it will happen again.3 votesI am closing the ticket due to lack of response. I hope your issues is resolved.

My Illustrator CC window will not minimise into the dock?
Hi,
Not sure where to go with this one but I have just upgraded to Adobe CC and noticed that I'm unable to 'Minimise' the window in Illustrator and also noticed that it won't do it in InDesign but Photoshop does minimise (ODD!)
All it will do is when you double click it fills to fit screen and then the opposite.
I have posted this onto the forum and others have mentioned that they are also experiencing this problem.
(I have turned on the 'Double -click a windows title bar to minimize' in the System Preferences)

Getting error while opening illustrator. Workspace missing.
Get an error while starting the illustrator. Workspace is missing as well. Even if I reset the workspace nothing happens. Nothing happens when I select an already saved workspace. Please figure this out ASAP cannot complete my work.

When snap to grid is on, it will only create new text. It won't select existing text for editing - probably because it isn't on the grid. This never used to happen before the latest update.

EPS saving as AI or PDF bug
Hi When saving an EPS file to either AI or PDF downloaded from a stock site I have had issues with both the on screen preview and print from InDesign. When I save it as an EPS again it appears to regain the proper appearance both on screen and in print. Is there a transparency issue when converting an EPS to AI or PDF?

Visual Bug
Updated to latest release of Illustrator, opened a PDF to encounter the bug shown in attached screenshot.
Windows 10
NVidia 980Hasn't appeared in any other file.
Bug is related to text that appears missing at bottom of PDF (three lines worth is blank), and disappears when I zoom into 300%.

tools panels disappeared.
I've just updated the software and got a dialogue box that some preferences were missing, then the interface changed to the dark one (I opt for the lightest one) and then all my tools seem to have disappeared and I can't get them back. I've quit, reopened, and repeated after restarting but same problem so far exists.

Error loading plugins. TorqExtension.aip
I get two errors when I first open up Illustrator. This is the second one I receive. It appears every time I open Illustrator CC 2018. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator from Creative Cloud, but it still appears on startup. I'm on a Windows 7 64-bit machine as well.

Serious Bug: Corrupted Files
When I load my files that I previously created AI 2017, into AI 2018, some of them load properly, at least as far as I can see, but some of them are giving me an error. The corrupted files show me a dialog box for Text Import Options. If I click Cancel, then the file doesn't load, but if I click OK, then it shows no images, but instead shows the following:

Troubleshooting with anchor points
While trying to add a new anchor point to an intersection it adds it in another place, some pixels to the left. Basically, it happens whenever I try to use the pen tool. At the same time looks like whenever I move an object it doesn't go exactly where I want it to. Basically, no overlapping or adding anchor point to an existing vector.
