Touch Bar Color Controls are Broken
Touch bar controls do not change the color of objects when using sliders, and swatches save to touch bar but not to actual swatches panel. Cannot delete swatches from Touch Bar.

Any updates to this? there are controls for the various color types but they don't apply the selected color, fill or stroke asme issue.

Mac introduced different color bars for different color spaces in 10.13 version. Previously Touch Bar has a single color bar only for all color spaces. Right now, only RGB color bar works in AI. We are working to add the support for all other color bars.
Feature to save swatches in Touch Bar was also introduced in 10.13 version. Adding and deleting any swatch to Touch Bar is totally owned by MAC OS, not by any application. You may use these swatches in any application once you add in Touch Bar. It's not specific to any application.
