Place Options in CC Libraries
I'm having an issue with Illustrator 2018 (22.0.1) in regards to place a copy of a CC Library item in a document. This release has ruined my workflow!
I use the Paste Remembers Layers option in the Layers panel options a lot. In all other Illustrator CC releases, If Paste Remembers Layers was checked on, the pasted CC Library item would adhere to the Paste Remembers Layers option. Furthermore, while it's nice sometimes to have a loaded cursor of multiple library items, it can be cumbersome more often than not.
I don't know if these are bugs or intentional changes, but the Paste Remembers Layers issue has to be fixed. A lot of my library items were set up to paste to specific layers.
I'd like to see Place Options like you see in Illustrator/InDesign when you go to File > Place and can click on "Show Import Options." If that's not achievable, maybe these two could be checkboxes in the Preferences Menu.

Please fix this! It works in InDesign, but not in Illustrator. I want library items to go to the layer they were on when the asset was created and added to the library. I also want CC library to stop grouping my elements when I place them in the library. I end up with groups within groups because I have already grouped the elements in my Illustrator document. Please fix. This review has gone on far too long!

I have also posted a similar issue.
Product: Adobe Illustrator CC
Version: 22.1 (64-bit)Problem: Artwork becomes misaligned/distorted on the artboard when (Create New > WEB preset (select any web preset) > Create).
Step to create issue: With the artboard open (with a web preset), select an illustration from the CC library and place COPY. If you place LINKED, the issue will not show up. The issue will only occur when you place a COPY of an artwork from the CC library.
Workaround: If you create any other type of preset document other than WEB, the issue will not happen. I've only seen this happen inside of WEB presents.
Expected result: As with other presets, it's expected that a COPY of the artwork from the CC library would past correctly to the artboard.
Kind regards,
Jordan

Another issue: Relinking a linked library item places at full size instead of the scaled container it was already within the document. I now have to relink, resize, align when before I just had to relink. this basically makes the relink form cc libraries option useless.

I forgot to mention a new little quirk in placing a cc library copy also groups all items in the artwork. This is not what I want most of the time. I liked how it worked before...if the artwork was grouped/not grouped in the library item, it would be grouped/not grouped when placed.
