X- Y-coordinates are not aligning
When attempting to align two existing points by typing in an exact measurement for x- y-coordinates, they do not align on screen. When the measurements typed in are the exact same, they are NOT aligning on the screen. This is making it quite difficult to refine shapes.

I have the same problem, also related to this issue is the EXPORT bug when dealing with X/Y coordinates that have decimal places.
Example:

Note - by deleting the decimals from the X/Y coordinates I have been able to resolve the "alignment" issue you describe as well as the problem I am referring to.

I'm having similar problem in 2019 and 2020 when I try to move an object by changing the x coordinate by a few thousandth of a pixel I hit enter and the value goes back to what it was. DEBILITATING! changes hundredths and tenths but not thousandths of a pixel- tool bar x and properties x don't get synced when changing thousandths. On all I change coordinate hit enter click on something else then go back and select object and it goes back to the previous value!
