Illustrator pastes a wrong color between SVG /Ai
When changing a color on SVG vector group, and paste it in a ai file, the previous color swatch is still remaining. No effect depending using shortcuts or cut instead of copy

Does this still happen for you, 4 years after?
If it does — how big are these differences? Can you provide some examples?
Are you sure your documents are in the same color mode (RGB/CMYK) and have the same color profile (Edit > Assign Profile)?
