Tools move in tool bar, I need to reset tool bar back to default but then moves again with 2/3 mins of working. Please advise. Thanks.

This have been posted already several times but as far as I can tell there is no feedback.
it is just ridiculous, in any other software (which have custom toolbars) the buttons can't be moved other than in "edit toolbar" mode.
There should have not been a stupid mistake like this in the design of the update.

The tools end up under other tool categories, it is so frustrating looking for the Text tool and you find it under the Bruch tool.
