Missing panels - restarting Illustrator brings them back
On more than one Mac we have an issue in Illustrator 23.0.1 where some of the panels disappear and we can't get them back without quitting Illustrator and reloading it. Resetting the workspace doesn't work and neither does choosing one of the missing panels from the Windows menu.
I did also have this on InDesign CC2018 but that has since been fixed in 2019.

Still a problem. I often have to restart the app several times before they show up... and I definitely can't start more than one app at a time. It happens in photoshop too but not as often.

This is definitely still a problem. If we double click a file without Illustrator open, none of the panels on the right appear even though they're ticked in the Window menu. You can't get them back without reloading Illustrator and then if you do the same (so double click a file to open it) it works. If you open Illustrator on it's own, it just works all the time.
As I've already mentioned, it's doing it on more than one Mac on the very latest version of Illustrator. Please help as it's really annoying!

We're still having this issue even on 23.0.2. It's happening on multiple Macs so it can't be a preferences issue.
