Illustrator 2019 slow and laggy on windows

Running Core I7 9700K with 16GB of ram, still selecting, zoom ,etc unbearably slow since upgrade to to AI 2019

    I'm using a Windows 10 OS. Whenever I try to launch or close the Adobe Illustrator CC 2019, It became laggy and slow. How to solve this issue?
