Key point when aligning points
aligning points always goes to left point of selected not right (aligning 2 points of a shape e.g triangle)

Although Illustrator does not show it (and there is a request to change it — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-desktop-feature-requests/suggestions/43801218-highlight-anchor-point-used-as-a-key-object), the point that is selected last is considered to be a key when you align points.
