Illustrator crash by opening Fonts

Everytime when I am in an open file (new or existing) when I go to fonts (above in the menu so you can see visually all the fonts how they look) AI crashes. I cannot find the problem. Delete and reinstalled is serveral times... who can help me, please

    It is Adobe CS 5.5 design premium and working with the newest windows version
