ai 2020 just downloaded keeps freezing...windows 10..nonsense..after paying all this money..everytime I use it it freezes..this is a brand new laptop I bought just for this...1tb/ 256 ss drive..nonsense

I am having this issue as well for the second time and I can remember my graphic design teaher showed me once how to fix it. THere is a setting that needs to be changed but. I cannot remember what setting it was. I Might try to email them again and I will come back and share the answer with you if. I speak to him.

I am having the same issues. I replaced my Z440 a few months back with a new EliteDesk 800 thinking my computer was getting slow but same issues. Adobe CC, especially Illustrator, has been so glitchy the last year. It's constantly freezing or locking up. Right now I'm trying to type a few words in a new document. Every time I click on a spot, the app goes black and glitches. It's taking me 20 mins to do something I could do in 3 mins or less 2 or 3 years ago. I'm really getting tired with how unreliable Adobe CC is now.
