Mouse scroll doesn't work in Window menu
Not only Window menu, but every menu, I guess, but Window is the main one where it really happens, when you have a lot of plugins installed.
AI then draws arrow at the top and the bottom of the menu panel, and the only option to scroll it is by pressing these arrows with mouse.
So
1. Please allow mouse wheel to scroll it.
2. Please allow us to choose between 'one panel, arrows' mode and 'unfolding panels' mode.

This is a basic yet extremely needed UX upgrade! Please add this :]

Longer drop-down menus (Like "Window") should have a scrolling option to see the options that don't fit in the drop-down menu, or have a larger arrow at the bottom that works just by hovering over it rather than clicking on it.

On all the adobe products I use, if I go to a menu item that has a ton of selections (like "Window" in Illustrator), many of the items will be off screen. Id like to be able to use my mouse wheel to navigate this list. Currently the only way ive been able to navigate is to go to the very small arrows on the top and bottom of the list and click/hold to get to the top or to the bottom. It is a very slow and cumbersome interface flaw.
Or have the menu items open in multiple columns allowing us to see all of the items.
