new project presets not appearing
I am starting a course to learn Adobe Illustrator. However, when I click on "create new" the dialogue box that opens only populates with Adobe Stock templates. No matter if I click print, web, or mobile there are no presets or options for me to change the project settings. Kind of hard to begin the course if I can't create a project with the specific setting for my assignments.

Apologies for delayed response.
We acknowledge the issue and are working on this to provide a fix.
Meanwhile you can use the below work-around to get over the issue.
Clean the preferences located in -
~/Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Illustrator\ <version>\ SettingsDo let me know if that works for you or not.
