Double-click on swatch doesn't bring up swatch options anymore.

Adobe Illustrator 24.2
I used to be able to double-click a swatch to bring up swatch options, but it does not bring up the dialogue box anymore.

Can’ confirm it, with both Small or Large list views, but I am on Windows.
Does just accessing Swatch Options from the panel’s menu work? -

I have the same problem in Illustrator 28.0. It started after the 2024 update. If I show the swatches as a grid, it's fine. But not when the swatches are shown as a list.
