illustrator exporting bug.
When i export in the latest version, the file name reverts back to an older file name and tries to save it in the previous location. I need it to export as the same name as the ai file and in the same location as the current ai file. I've never had this issue in any older versions of illustrator.

Having the exact same issue and it is really frustrating!! Found this searching for a fix.
