Can't change file type after making a new folder in "Save As"
Running illustrator 24.2.3 on macOS Catalina 10.15.6.
Steps:
Open the "Save As" window
Create a new folder
Result:
Drop down for select file type and the button for "Save as Cloud Document" become unresponsive.

The same is true of the filetype drop down in the export window. It also prevents me from checking the "Use Artboards" box in exports.
