Scroll bars still visible in "Full Screen Mode"

Diego, Ai is used by many. And, just like evolution goes, newer methods rarely completely make older ones obsolete: people use Space bar, people use the actual Hand tool, wheel button, scrollbars — all at once. Just recently a bug report about scrollbars behaving as if inverted for a Wacom user got file, obviously they prefer this method over others...

As a counterpoint... how many times has anyone scrolled the screen in Illustrator with the scrollbars as opposed to simply panning?
They clutter the screen even in full-screen mode never letting you work with a true full-screen no-tools view.
