Object move increments is off
Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6
Illustrator 24.3

Checked preferences, changed to .001 px and rebooted illustrator
Selecting an object and pressing the arrow keys the object would move a point at a time, now it is like I am always holding the shift (10px) instead.
After the update I select an object and try to move it a point or two moves it randomly in every direction but the direction I would like.

It feels like Snap to Grid is enabled... It overrides keyboard increment, moving a selection to align to gridlines.
I know it’s too late for the comment, but I wonder if this was the case.
