Using cmd/ctrl-1 to set "actual size" seems to be off by half a pixel. If in pixel preview, everything is blurry and requires zooming in and out to get the screen aligned to the pixel.

This used to work fine before CC2019, but ever since then "actual size" was has always been slightly off, and is especially apparent with pixel-aligned artwork and artboard edges.
