App Window size enlarges to fill all available Monitor space
Have the window fill 60% of monitor space instead of 100%, so user can select the window size according to needs.

Interesting. This feels more like a task for a custom window manager, rather than the app itself.
There are Magnet or Moom... Magnet used to lead to some problems with the app though (http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/43423767), not sure if it works fine now.
