Illustrator GPU performance | Driver updates
Using Illustrator V25.1
GPU Details
Vendor: Intel
Device: Intel(R) Iris(R) XE Graphics
WIndows 10
Keeps crashing, suggestion for the fix from Adobe is to check and update drivers. I have followed the instructions and updated the drivers using Adobe instructions. Illustrator is still crashing and Adobe is still suggesting the same fix. Have double checked graphics driver is up-to-date and Intel confirms that it is.

Illustrator crashes for me when I do something as silly as try to copy/paste anything. Or try to start a new file. I don't have the fanciest system but I have 16 gig of ram and a pretty nice (though older) NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 card. I've updated the drivers, increased the paging file size, and still the same issues. And, I don't get any explanation for the crash. Illustrator just stops responding.

I am getting the same message, although the driver on my PC is currently saying it is 100.8853 and this is up to date. I having problems with Illustrator being very slow and sometimes crashing altogether.

I've had the same issue the last month, and today a new message popped up in Illustrator strongly recommending an update to driver version 100.9168 or later, but Intel doesn't seem to have that version available and my computer is saying my current version 100.8337 is up to date and the latest version.

I have quite the same problem. Although I have disabled the on-board GPU (I use an nVidia 1060GTX instead), Illustrator keeps having problem with the Intel 6400 GPU.
It can crash or almost freeze, usually it just performs very badly.

Windows 10 x64
Intel UHD Graphics 630When going to wireframe view it won't get back to GPU view. GPU is greyed out.
Also updated latest Intel drivers (27.20.100.9168 from 8.1.2021) as suggested. Still same problem.
