Random Freezing
I just bought a 16" Macbook Pro (2019) and twice now while using Illustrator, the artboard freezes and I cannot save. All of the menus and tool bars and whatnot highlight like they are responding, but I cannot get anything on the artboard to respond and cannot save anything. Everything else on the mac seems to be working so it is not freezing the whole system. Please help! Do I need to return and get a new mac, or is this a software problem?

Would like a solution to this issue. AI freezes on iPad - OS 14.6. Downloaded AI today. Am taking an online course on using AI on an iPad.
