Syncing to Drop Box
I am now having issues saving my illustrator files. When I try there is a notice that says "unknown error occurred."
I was told by customer service that Creative Suite now has issues with Drop Box and we have to save our files to "downloads".
This needs to be rectified. There has never been an issue with saving to my Drop Box before. Does Adobe plan to fixing issues?
Adobe and Drop Box need to figure out why this is happening.
Losing hours because can no longer save/duplicate.
