Properties panel and layers not showing in v25.3
Since updating I can't see my properties and layers panel without reducing the panel to the smaller size.

The entire "Properties" panel is gone from my Illustrator.

A temporary workaround would be to find and delete the 'CCX Welcome' folder and to relaunch Ai... it works for me, but then after some time Properties goes blank again.
