The artboard names and numbers dissapeared in 25.4.1
I can still see the grey box in the top left corner of the artboards, but the names and numbers are gone. It started when I updated Illustrator to 25.3.1. I thought the issue would be solved in this new update but it is still there

I finally fixed this problem by restoring my preferences. Preferences > general > Reset Preferences

I had to activate GPU to fix it. But it worked!

Mac user.
Ai Version 25.4.1.
Instead of seeing artboard information and number I just see that gray rectangle all the time. Can someone help me? :( -
When you disable GPU — does it get fixed?

Artboard name not visible to me randomly. It was working just fine earlier today Tried reinstalling, installing a previous version, reupdating to the latest version, everything. Nothing seems to be working. I just can't view the artboard on the corresponding artboards! Extremely frustrating

I just upgraded to Sierra OS and the artboard numbers/names are now missing from the upper left hand corner. This is very inconvenient for multi-page documents to be managed and printed. Im using Illustrator CC 2014 and work for a design company so we have a corporate license. Any solution for this known problem yet? As everyone gets upgraded to the new OS we will all be experiencing the same issue.
